Q: How does communication work once I enroll in the VIP program?
A: Once you enroll, you’ll get access to our Online Learning Hub Orientation and submit your roadmap so we can plan out yoru coaching sessions, where you can learn at your own pace. This hub includes detailed lessons, templates, and step-by-step guides on implementing the seven core systems in your childcare business. Our Zoom coaching calls are designed to review your progress, go over homework assignments, provide feedback, and answer any questions about the systems you’re implementing. You’ll also receive guidance on how to fine-tune your strategies based on your specific business needs.
Between Zoom sessions, you’ll have unlimited phone and text support so you can reach out whenever you need help or clarification.
Q: What if I need help outside of our Zoom calls?
A: No problem! You have unlimited phone and text support ( workhours) for quick questions, guidance, and accountability. If you get stuck on an assignment or need clarity on a system, you can reach out, and we’ll provide the direction you need.
Q: How often are the Zoom coaching calls?
A: Zoom sessions are bi-weekly (2x Month) for 90 minute sessions. This allows time for you to implement the assignments, complete coursework in the Online Learning Hub, and start building the systems in your business.
Q: Do I have to complete assignments?
A: Yes! The VIP Coaching Program is results-driven, and your progress depends on implementing what you learn. Each session will focus on reviewing your homework, providing feedback, and making sure you're on track. Clients who complete assignments see the best results in streamlining their operations, growing enrollment, and increasing revenue.
Q: Will I have lifetime access to the Online Learning Hub?
A: Yes! As long as you’re Actively enrolled in the program, you’ll have full access to the Learning Hub, templates, business resources, and training videos. When program ends, you’ll lose access to online learning hub
Q: What if I need more than three months of coaching?
A: You can continue in the program for as long as you need support! Many of our clients extend their coaching to 6-9 months to fully implement all seven systems and fine-tune their childcare operations for long-term success.
Q: Do you help childcare providers nationwide?
A: Yes! Our program focuses on business strategies and system implementation, which applies to all childcare businesses across the U.S. While we don’t provide state-specific licensing requirements, we teach you how to build a fully operational and profitable childcare center no matter where you're located.
Q: Why do I need to take the Childcare Startup Course before joining VIP?
A: Only If you don’t already have a building it is required , you need to complete the Startup Course first. This course walks you through securing a location, understanding licensing basics, and preparing your business for launch. The VIP Coaching Program is for providers who are already in operation or close to opening—this ensures our time together is well spent on growth, systems, and expansion rather than the early startup phase.
